Michael Stasinopoulos has been an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of VIOHALCO SA since 2013. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELVALHALCOR S.A. and the Chairman of the Board of the non-profit organization HELLENIC PRODUCTION. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Competitiveness Council of Greece and of the Board of the Michail N. Stasinopoulos-VIOHALCO Foundation. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) from 1996 to 2006 and from 2016 to 2019.

He was born in Athens in 1967. He is a graduate of Athens College (1985) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the London School of Economics (1989), with postgraduate studies in Shipping, International Trade, and Finance at City University of London.
