A short video including a small portion of the important discussions held during the first conference on Health-Biotechnology-Economy Synergy Structures.
The main question raised during the first conference was whether Greece needs these structures and, after confirming that they are indeed necessary, whether the country has the ability to create them.
The answer to both questions was affirmative: Health-Biotechnology-Economy synergy structures are needed in Greece, and the country possesses the comparative advantages that form the foundation for the success of these structures.
This affirmative response led to the second conference, where the next steps for creating these structures are explored.
The conference was organized by the Hub in collaboration with the ARISTEiA Institute as part of the Bio³ conference, coordinated by Konstantinos Drosatos and Nikos Kyrpides.
The first discussion session was presented by George Nounesis (National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos” and Board Member of Komvos-Node), while the speakers (alphabetically) were:
