The process for the formation of the new Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Civil Partenership named “KOMVOS-NODE: Global Greek Networks Non-Profit Civil Partenership” was completed during its meeting on May 7, 2023.
After related proposals and a secret ballot among the Board members, the result being unanimous, the new Board of Directors has been constituted as follows:
- President: Angelos Chaniotis
- Vice President: Michalis Haliassos
- General Secretary: Konstantinos Drosatos
- Treasurer: Harris Antoniou
- Member: Anna Grimani
- Member: Chryssa Kouveliotou
- Member: Athena Coustenis
- Member: Nikolaos Kyrpides
- Member: Nikolaos-Ioannis Konstantaras-Kyprianos
- Member: Maria Mavroudi
- Member: Vicky Pryce
- Alternate Member: Alexander Nehamas
- Alternate Member: George Nounesis
- Alternate Member: Konstantinos Kostis
After the formation of the Board, members engaged in a free discussion, exchanging thoughts and proposals regarding future actions of the organization and operational matters.

The members of the Board of Directors were elected during the General Assembly of the company on April 30, 2023.
