On April 30, 2023, the General Assembly of the Non-Profit Civil Company “KOMVOS-NODE” concluded with the election of new members of the Board of Directors. The results of the vote were announced to the partners by the president of the General Assembly, Mr. Michalis Chaliassos.
The vote was conducted through the electronic application Election Runner, and the results were verified and validated by the Election Committee, which consisted of Mr. Theodoros Theodorou, Mr. Nikolaos Ktistakis, and Mr. Periklis Mitkas.

According to the statutes of “KOMVOS-NODE,” the new Board of Directors will soon convene under the presidency of the highest-voted member, Mr. Angelos Chaniotis for the formalization of the Board, the election of President, Vice President, General Secretary, and Treasurer, as well as the designation of regular and alternate members.
