Proposal for Initiatives by Komvos through its 1st Annual Conference
The Chairman of the Board of Komvos, Professor Angelos Chaniotis, presents Komvos, its purpose, and initiatives during the 1st Annual Conference. This conference prepares the ground for taking initiatives in the key areas that are central to Komvos’ mission.
A discussion follows on the first actions, which are briefly as follows:
- Science: A network of Global Hellenism
- EN.N.OI.A: Empowerment of Greek Households in Their Economic Decisions
- Synergy Structures of Health-Biotechnology-Economy in Greece: Lessons from the Past – Plans for the Future
In this working conference, in addition to the corporate members of Komvos, representatives from companies and organizations such as Accenture Greece, Actionaid Greece, National Bank of Greece, Endeavor Greece, HBio Cluster, Orgenesis Inc., Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas, Panteion University, and others participate.

The conference concludes with the findings and future prospects presented by the coordinators of each session. Finally, the treasurer of the Board of Komvos, entrepreneur Harris Antoniou, briefly discusses a special theme related to Shipping, which will be the focus of a future series of Komvos events.
The conference takes place at the auditorium of the Karatzas Building, located at 82-84 Aiolou Street, from 17:00 to 20:30.
