KOMVOS-NODE bids a sorrowful farewell to its beloved and distinguished founding member, Filippos Tsimpoglou. 

Filippos H. Tsimpoglou was a Doctor of Library Science and Information at the Ionian University, and a graduate in Economics from ASOEE (Athens University of Economics and Business). 

He served as the General Director of the National Library, where he worked tirelessly from 2014. His life’s work was the transition of the National Library from the Vallianeio Megaron to its current location at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. 

The President and members of the Board of Directors, as well as the founding members of KOMVOS-NODE, extend their sincere condolences to the family of the deceased.
