Megan Mitchell
Megan Mitchell’s career has been dedicated to expanding educational access and innovation. Currently the Senior Director of Universal Learning, Mitchell is spearheading the development and launch of new offerings from MIT Open Learning — a collection of online, digital, AI-enabled curricula centered on cross-disciplinary topic areas that prepare learners everywhere to impact global challenges. Universal AI, the first of these offerings, will launch in Fall 2025.
Katerina Pastra
Katerina Pastra is a Senior Researcher (Grade B) at the Institute for Language and Speech Processing (ILSP) of the Athena Research Center and Head of the Language and Robots Lab. She founded and directed for a decade (2010–2020) the Institute of Cognitive Research and Technology (ICRT), an interdisciplinary research organization specializing in multimodal cognition, embodied language processing, and multisensory perception, whose activities have since been integrated into the Athena Research Center.
